Former military Telemetry Tower built between 1800 and early 1900’s to defend Venice. This historic site, now finely restored for residential purposes, is made up of six rooms, one on each floor, with an independent entrance via an internal staircase in red Verona marble and a glass panoramic lift. Each room has a private bathroom, the floors are made of a mixture of marble (Venetian ‘terrazza’) typical and historical execution of the Venetian building, as well as the furniture, scrupulously made by the masters of the sector with wood obtained from the now very rare “shavings” .
From the rooms it is possible to enjoy a full and fantastic view of the Adriatic
beach front, while from the panoramic terrace it is possible to admire the lagoon reaching the bell tower of Piazza San Marco in Venice … and beyond. The property is located just minutes from the famous Venice Film Festival, 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco and the Biennale, all easily accessible by all means of public transport. Scenery of amazing sunsets and fantastic cycling tours are abundant.
